Palatine Council Introduce Stuart Brackstone to the Order
 
On Thursday April 21st members of Palatine Council met at Garstang Masonic Hall after opening the Council the Master Howard Emmett welcomed many guests amongst them were the District Grand Prefect, the Deputy District Grand Prefect and the District Grand Senior Warden.  The District Junior Warden was also attending being a member of the Council.

The St Lawrence Ceremony was conducted by the Master W.Bro. Howard Emmett, during which Stuart Brackstone was introduced to the Order, the Lecture being presented by W.Bro. Geoff Catterall.

Following Stuart's introduction into the Order he then took part in the Ceremony of Knight of Constantinople, which was conducted by W.Bro. Ray Lamb, the Lecture being presented by W.Bro. Peter Watson.

Before the meeting closed the District Grand Prefect welcomed Bro.Stuart Brackstone to the Order wishing him well for the future, he also commented on how much he had enjoyed the meeting, particularly commenting on the high standard of both Ceremonies congratulating all concerned.

The next business was to Declare as Master for the ensuing year Bro. Mark Brown, in reply Mark thanked the Brethren for their confidence in selecting him as Master Elect, stating he would do his best to maintain the high standard of work within Palatine Council

In reply Howard Emmett as Master thanked the District Grand Prefect for his kind comments and invited everyone to well earned refreshment, which on this occasion was a sumptuous Buffet enough for second helpings and lunch the day after!
